For the past few weeks both staff, students and parents of The Bromfords School and Sixth Form College have been donating items to create Christmas hampers to deliver to our local neighbours. Over 30 students and many members of staff have been working through their lunch breaks and free time in the hope of bringing some festive cheer to the local community by surprising them with some beautiful parcels. This is the eighth year running we have organised the Christmas Box Appeal which proved a huge success last year.
On Tuesday 17th December students will load up the Bromfords Sleigh with 71 parcels and make their special Christmas deliveries to some of our local residents.
Selma Baker who organises the appeal said she has been overwhelmed by the responses for donations.
