Personal Development at The Bromfords School is a fundamentally core part of our values ‘Achieve, Enrich and Prepare’. Our curriculum is designed to enrich students’ experiences with a wide range of trips, clubs and leadership opportunities as well as prepare students with the skills, values and knowledge for living in and being a proactive and positive member of a diverse and modern world. Parent consultation

We greatly value the partnership between home and school and recognise the important role that parents and carers play in supporting children's learning, wellbeing, and personal development. In order to meet the needs of our community we have recently undertaken recent RSHE parent consultation.

Parent contributions are invaluable in helping us to review, develop, and enhance our curriculum. They ensure that the content we deliver remains age-appropriate, relevant, and responsive to the needs of our pupils, while equipping them with the knowledge and skills they need to stay safe, healthy, and well-informed as they grow.

Following the consultation, we are now able to plan these new topics into our RSHE curriculum. The results of the survey are outlined below:
