I write to inform you that Mr Ahson Mohammed will be retiring as CEO of The Compass Education Trust, at the end of this academic year. After careful consideration, the Trustees have appointed Sarah Skinner as CEO for the 2024- 25 academic year.
Ms Skinner currently serves as the CEO of The Penrose Trust and brings with her a wealth of experience and expertise in the field of education leadership and management. We are confident that Ms Skinner’s leadership will provide stability and guidance to our organisation during this transitional period. This decision to appoint an Interim CEO allows the Trust Board to ensure continuity of service and maintain a high standard of education for all our students.
We would like to express our sincerest gratitude to Ahson Mohammed, for his dedicated service and wish him all the very best for his retirement.
