At The Bromfords School, the young people we serve are at the heart of our school community. Our expectations are high to ensure students thrive and develop holistically during their journey with us and make a positive impact within our school and wider community. We are an inclusive school based on tolerance, care and respect with a passion for supporting our students in meeting and exceeding their targets and raising their aspirations.

Our expectations around behaviour and attitudes are clear with effective processes in place, where students understand the value of the expectations and the positive impact it has on their time in our community.  At The Bromfords School, we are never disappointed in the young person, it is the choice in which they have made, and we pride ourselves in providing the necessary resources and services to support young people in learning from those choices in hope to make better ones moving forwards.

We are a school that celebrates positive choices and those that meet our expectations both in and out of the classroom and embed our school values of achieve, enrich and prepare and continue to raise the profile of our community. This is applied through a range of pupil approved awards and incentives that link to our high expectations on attendance, punctuality, presentation, resilience, behaviour and behaviour for learning.
