Student Leadership
At Bromfords, we place a big emphasis on the importance of students having a voice within their community and being active participants of the school. Our student leadership structure is one such way that this is promoted amongst our young people, giving opportunities to shape the way in which the school continues to grow and develop and ultimately being the mouthpiece of the student body.
The aims of our student leadership structure are:
- To contribute to developing character and culture of the school
- To give students an insight into citizenship, service and democracy
- To help students improve their skills in speaking and listening
- To gather the students' views on aspects of school life in order to identify areas of school which would benefit from improvement and
- To enable a regular flow of communication from students to school leaders.
- To successfully organise and support whole school events
Our student leadership structure follows this format:
