Student Voice

At Bromfords we are a community and part of being a community is that we listen to each other. We value our students' views and opinions that helps us to improve our school and for all student to make a positive contribution to the life of the school. We want every student to know that their voice is heard and valued.

There are many ways which students can voice their views, both informally and formally. One such way is that each House within our school has a team of House Representatives, who meet with their respective Head of House at least once a half-term to discuss a key focus of the school. Those views and opinions are collected and are passed on to our Senior Leadership Team for discussion and with the view for them to plan how to best take those views and opinions forward.
As part of this cycle the Senior Leadership Team will meet with House Representatives to hear feedback from them and for the Senior Leadership Team to explain the plans going forward. Finally, the House Representatives will then use assemblies and form time to communicate to the student body.
