Transition to Bromfords

Transitioning to secondary school is a big step for both students and their families. To support students and their families through this process we;

•  Offer additional tours which can be requested by emailing SEND@bromfords.essex.sch.uk

  ---

• Where possible attend students’ primary school Annual Reviews and One Plan meetings.

  ---

• Meet with students / observe them within their primary school.

  ---

• Meet with students’ parents, Primary school SENCOs and teachers once students have been granted a place at The Bromfords School.

  ---

• Offer additional Transition morning sessions for students with SEND.

  ---

• Facilitate specific Transition SEND Parent sessions.
